Marty Visitacion, Co-Head Coach, is entering his 9th season with the Cyclones swim team. Prior to coaching the Cyclones, his experiences range from head assistant coach at the Summit YMCA, summer recreation swim team coach in Verona and camp counselor at the University of Southern California. Marty is entering is 9th year as a teacher in the Chatham School District.

Joe LaSalvia is returning to the Cyclones program after a 2 year hiatus during which he completed the MBA program at Seton Hall University. Prior to this, Joe coached the Level 2 group for 3 years. His additional coaching experience also includes 2 years as Head Coach of the East Hanover Summer Swim Team. Joe currently works at ADP as a Business Analyst.

Jim Stack, Co-Head Coach, is entering his 9th season with the Cyclones and 3rd season as Co-Head coach. Prior to coaching the Cyclones, Jim was a member of the swim team at Rowan University for 4 years, where he was captain for 2 years. After college, Jim coached various high school teams for 5 years, the summer youth games in Newark and the summer recreation swim team in Verona. Jim is a Physical Education teacher in Newark.
