FROM North Jersey/Route 3
Route 3 East to 1-9 South/Jersey City.  Take 1-9 South approximately 2 miles to Tonnele Avenue Circle.  Continue halfway around and make a right on to Tonnele Avenue.  Continue on Kennedy Boulevard and turn right.  Continue on Montgomery Street and make a right.  Travel down the hill and make a right to Parking Deck.

From NJ Turnpike Exit 14C/Grand Street: Continue off exit ramp to Montgomery Street. Make a left onto Montgomery Street. Travel approximately two miles through Kennedy Boulevard. Once over Kennedy Boulevard, travel down the hill and make a right into the Parking Deck.
