Juniors
Monday and Wednesday 5:45-7:30
Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30
Saturday: 6:30 - 8:30am

Seniors
Monday thru Thursday 5:30-7:30
Friday 4:30-6:30
Saturday: 6:30 - 8:30am
